I have specialist experience in the emotional challenges of living with a physical health condition(s). Living with a health condition can impact our thoughts, emotions, work, relationships and day-to-day life. From everyday struggles to more complex emotional challenges of living with a health condition, clinical health psychology can help. I have a particular interest in psychological therapy for chronic pain and headache (including migraine conditions & cluster headache).

'Therapy allowed me to address a number of historical issues, understand my reaction to them, and gave me tools and strategies to use moving forward. The professional environment provided a safe and secure place in which to explore my issues and I wish I had done it sooner.’
