About me
I am a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist offering private psychological therapy. I am registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), the regulating body for accredited Clinical Psychologists. My private clinic is in the heart of St Albans, Hertfordshire.
I have over seven years’ experience in the NHS, across a range of mental health and medical services. Qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist involves rigorous academic and clinical training up to doctoral level. This includes teaching in a range of evidence-based psychological therapies. Having skills and experience in multiple therapies - that are proven to effective - means therapy can be personalised to you and your goals.
Difficulties I typically work with include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress/burnout, adjusting to change, feeling ‘stuck’ and loss of identity. I also have a specialist interest in the emotional impact of a physical health condition - this is my area of specialism in my NHS work.
You may also know me by my previous name, Hannah Cutler.
