  • There are times when life is hard. We can feel overwhelmed or alone. It also may be difficult to talk to the people we are closest to. Often it can be helpful to seek support from a qualified professional to handle the challenges of life.

I have specialist experience in assessment and treatment of a variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, stress/burnout, feeling ‘stuck’, unfulfilled and low self-esteem.

From everyday struggles to more complex mental health challenges, psychological therapy may be able to help.

If you’re feeling a confused about the difference between how some some mental health professionals work and how they are qualified, read my guide here.

  • I have specialist experience in the emotional challenges of living with physical health conditions.

Living with a health condition can have significant psychological and practical effects. Illness can impact our thoughts, emotions, work, relationships and day-to-day life. From everyday struggles to more complex emotional challenges of living with a health condition, clinical health psychology can help.

I have a particular interest in psychological therapy for chronic pain and headache (including migraine conditions & cluster headache).
